What we're looking for

We are looking for skilled full-stack Ruby on Rails Engineers to join and inspire our engineering team. You'll work to grow Vinebase into a world-class platform that helps wine lovers discover, shop, and get wowed by outstanding independent winemakers and producers.

Responsibilities

• Delivering full-stack high-quality complex work and ensuring commitments get delivered.
• Handle risk and change and review tasks critically.
• Mentors teammates and receives and gives constructive feedback
• Drive decisions backed by solid argumentation and clear writing.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails
• Deep understanding of most of our tech stack: Tailwind CSS, Stimulus.js, Stimulus Reflex, Postgres, Heroku
• Excellent at reviewing code and providing clear and constructive feedback and praise
• You love working in a team that moves fast and deliberate! 🚀🚀

Bonus qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or creator software
• Deeply understand the pain wineries feel in current solutions for how they can sell wine
• Worked with ShapeUp before
